To fully enjoy the excursion, it is recommended that you dress comfortably, wear suitable footwear, and don't forget your swimsuit for the swimming stop. Also remember to bring a towel, a change of clothes, and mosquito repellent.

For safety reasons, this excursion is strongly discouraged for pregnant women and people suffering from back pain.
